Privacy Policy

This notice explains what Korvex Construction (Korvex Developments Inc.) does with the information you send through this estimate form.

1. What we collect

Through the form you give us your name, phone number and, if you choose, an email address, together with details of the work you need: the type of project, its scope, your property type and timing.

Our server also records the page address, your IP address and browser identifier at the moment of submission. This is used for security and to prevent duplicate submissions.

2. Why we use it

• To prepare your free estimate and contact you about it.
• To plan and carry out the work if you decide to proceed.
• To measure which of our advertisements bring genuine enquiries.

3. Legal basis

We handle your data under Canadian PIPEDA. By sending the form you consent to being contacted about your enquiry. Where the GDPR applies, our basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated.

4. Who else sees it

Your enquiry reaches Korvex Developments Inc. and the marketing agency that runs our advertising. With your cookie consent, a hashed version of your phone number or email is sent to Meta Platforms so that our advertising results can be measured. Hashing means Meta receives an irreversible code rather than the value itself.

We sell your data to nobody.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. If you become a customer, project records are kept as long as Canadian tax and business law requires.

6. Your rights

Write to us at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We load advertising cookies only after you accept them. See our cookie notice for the detail, including how to withdraw that consent.

8. Security

The form is served over HTTPS. Enquiry records are stored outside the public web directory and are unreachable from the internet.

9. Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
