1. What this form is

The form collects the details we need to prepare a free, non-binding estimate. Sending it creates no contract and reserves no dates.

2. What an estimate means

Any figure we give in response is based on the description you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after we see the site, because access, existing structures, hidden damage, material choice and permit requirements all move the number.

3. Accuracy of your details

We rely on what you tell us about the property and the work. Where the site differs from that description, the estimate is revised before any work starts.

4. How we contact you

By sending the form you agree that we may call, text or email you about this enquiry using the details you provided. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.

5. Availability and scope

We serve Ottawa and surrounding areas. Projects outside that region are considered case by case.

6. Workmanship

Terms of the work itself, including timelines, payment schedule and warranty, are set out in the written agreement signed before the project begins. These form terms cover the enquiry stage alone.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
